In a world where the current trend is to be thin and fit.It is hard to give up food, even if it for our benefit.

1) Asian Chicken Salad-In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, mandarin juice, brown sugar, sesame oil, vegetable oil and vinegar, to make a dressing.
