Delhi, which has the second highest number of COVID19 cases in India, after Maharashtra has increased the number of critical hotspots to 43 from the original 20. Any area where more than 3 cases are being found is being declared a hotspot. These areas are sealed and only delivery to essentials is permitted with restrictions.
